EasySeparate is designed as a Windows service. Looking back on more than 20 years of development experience, EasySeparate can be considered the most stable and error-free digital transformation platform on the market. The architecture is historically closely linked to ABBYY technology but also works with other OCR engines depending on the application.
Today’s installations are often without OCR technology. Much more typically, our machine learning technology for workflow automation is used. EasySeparate also feels right at home in a Linux version and adapts to any desired situation.

EasyVerify was developed with the most modern technologies in mind. Based on HTML5, EasyVerify can be used in almost all browser environments.
We go one step further: a database can be connected behind each definable field and conditions can be applied to each field independently by your document definition.
EasyVerify can be installed from our Cloud or on location. Even without an internet connection. User activity can be monitored for speed and accuracy.
Online evaluations are available for document scans, invoices, or, for example, order verification configuration. We realize every setup on our Cloud environment that meets your project requirements.
Of course, we also support the evaluation of EasyVerify on location. EasyVerify does not work on its own, you need processed documents with exceptions for visual control.
The other scenario used is generating a Machine Learning dataset. We support evaluations for machine learning projects with EasyVerify.
