Innovative software is what we show in our so-called digital business card ‘PDFCommunicator’. This affordable, innovative technology automatically prints PDFs in the layout of your company. With the PDF, an XML is generated that contains important document data. From an invoice, all invoice data is exported to the UBL (Universal Business Language) XML format as standard.

Innovation and ease of use, PDFCommunicator starts from your desktop. You can simply install PDFCommunicator as an application such as Word and generate PDFs directly. Subsequently, workflows can be automated by using the script module, making repetitive tasks redundant.
A server licence is available for industrial installations or larger volumes. PDFCommunicator can handle any IT structure and works transparently with extensive logging and possible database connections.

Online evaluations are available for document scans, invoices, or, for example, order verification configuration. We realize every setup on our Cloud environment that meets your project requirements.
