Which OCR software is best for my organisation?

That depends on your document types, volumes and integration requirements. For standard invoices and forms, our EasyData OCR engine is often the best choice. For complex enterprise environments, we recommend ABBYY FlexiCapture or Vantage. We are happy to help with a comparison based on your specific situation, including a test with your own documents.

Can I combine RPA with AI?

Absolutely, and we recommend it. Traditional RPA works excellently for structured, rule-based tasks. By adding AI, you can also process unstructured data, such as classifying emails, interpreting documents or making decisions based on context. We call this Intelligent Automation.

How is data security handled with cloud software?

All our cloud solutions run on servers in Europe. We work according to ISO 27001 guidelines and comply with the GDPR. For organisations with strict security requirements, we also offer on-premise implementations. Your data never leaves Europe unless you explicitly wish it to.

Can you integrate with our existing system?

What is the difference between OCR and handwriting recognition?

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) recognises printed text: typed letters, scanned books, PDF documents. Handwriting recognition (HTR, Handwritten Text Recognition) is a more complex variant that can read handwritten text. HTR uses advanced AI models trained on large amounts of handwriting. We combine both technologies in our solutions.

Do I need a developer to use your tools?

For most standard implementations, no. Our tools have user-friendly interfaces and are configured by us. For custom integrations, API connections or complex workflows, we deploy our own developers. You do not need your own technical team; we provide the expertise.

What does a Proof of Concept cost?
