Who is responsible?
EasyData B.V. is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this privacy policy. We are a Dutch company with over 25 years of experience in document automation and data processing.
💡 Important distinction
This privacy policy applies to the EasyData website. Our cloud services such as E-Depot, portals, and data analysis run on separate secure servers and are covered by specific data processing agreements. For business services, we always provide customized agreements.
What data do we collect?
We only collect data that is necessary for the purpose for which you provide it. This may vary depending on the situation:
Contact form and newsletter
Required data:
- Email address
- First and last name
Optional data (only if you provide it yourself):
- Phone number
- Your question or what you’re looking for
- Job title
- Other relevant information for your request
Cookies and website visits

How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Our retention periods are based on legal obligations and guidelines from the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
- Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe
- Contact form data is retained as long as relevant to your inquiry
- Analytical data is stored anonymously
