This varies considerably by solution and scale. Standard invoice processing for SMEs can start from a few hundred euros per month. Enterprise implementations with custom work and integrations are naturally more extensive. We always provide an estimate upfront so you know exactly where you stand. A Proof of Concept is a low-threshold way to get started.

How long does an implementation take?

Standard solutions such as invoice recognition or document classification are operational within 2-4 weeks. More complex projects with custom work, integrations and migrations typically take 2-4 months. We work in sprints so you see results along the way and can adjust as needed.

Can I combine your solutions?

Absolutely, that is precisely our strength. Many clients start with invoice recognition and later expand to document classification, workflow management or data extraction. All solutions are designed to work together and share the same technological foundation.

Do your solutions work with my current software?

We operate in accordance with ISO 27001, sign a data processing agreement as standard and offer on-premise deployment for maximum control if desired. Your data never leaves European borders, and we are not dependent on US cloud providers.
